By booking or participating in any service provided by The HaitianStretch, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Our sessions — including stretching, massage, and corrective exercise — are designed for general wellness, mobility improvement, and relaxation. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Clients under medical care should consult their physician before beginning any new wellness program.

To ensure a safe and respectful environment:

  • All information provided during consultations or intake forms must be accurate and up to date.

  • Practitioners may adapt or stop any technique that could be unsafe or beyond their professional scope.

  • Inappropriate or disrespectful behavior toward staff or practitioners will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

You agree that participation is voluntary and release The HaitianStretch and its practitioners from liability for minor or unintended discomfort resulting from normal session activity, except in cases of proven negligence.

Appointments, Payments, and Cancellations

Appointments are available by booking through our website or with a practitioner directly.

  • Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without charge.

  • Late or Missed Appointments: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed entirely may incur a 50% session charge. Late arrivals will result in shortened sessions to respect the next client’s schedule.

  • Payments: All payments are due at the time of booking unless covered by a membership or package. Payments are processed securely through trusted platforms (such as Wix, Stripe, or Square).

  • Refunds: Completed sessions are non-refundable. Prepaid sessions or memberships may be rescheduled or transferred to another date or client with written approval.

  • Memberships and Packages: Benefits and unused sessions must be used within the membership period. Memberships renew automatically unless canceled in writing at least 7 days before the renewal date.

Privacy, Safety, and Consent

All personal information collected for consultations, health assessments, and scheduling is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Your health and comfort are our top priority. All client records are kept confidential, and information will never be shared without written consent.

By booking a session, you consent to receive appointment confirmations, follow-up communications, and care-related updates. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.

By participating in any service, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms & Conditions, have disclosed all relevant health information, and agree to participate voluntarily under your own responsibility.
