The program is divided into 4-week phases, each personalized from your consultation and movement assessment.
Every phase focuses on strengthening what’s weak, lengthening what’s tight, and restoring balance throughout your body—so you can keep the mobility, flexibility, and strength gained from your Haitian Stretch or Massage sessions.
At the end of each month, we reassess to track your progress and refine your plan for what your body needs next.
Along the way, you’ll learn about your movement patterns, build awareness, and gain the tools to move with freedom and confidence for life.
